On 7 June, Cameroon’s president, Paul Biya, and his wife Chantal left Yaoundé for a private clinic in Geneva, where the head of state is receiving treatment. Franck Biya, the president’s eldest son, joined them after stops in Monaco and Évian. He and the first lady are not the only ones to have made the trip.
