During a site visit on the Mora-Dabanga-Kousseri road, Minister Emmanuel Nganou Djoumessi emphasized the importance of harnessing rainwater as a valuable resource for the Extreme-North region. Additionally, over one billion CFA francs have been saved in efforts to address flooding issues in the Mayo Doumou area, improving drainage and reducing flood risks.
